Water Diet - Weight Loss
Water is a natural appetite suppressant and metabolize the body's stores of fat. It is the safest way to keep your appetite down as it will make you feel full and flush itself out of your system through urination and sweat. This isn't to say that you should drink water all of the time and not eat food if you are trying to loose weight, but drinking water is a way to make your stomach feel full and tell your brain that you are not hungry it also makes your body work.
Your body needs to process the nutrients contained in natural mineral water by firstly heating the water you have consumed to match the temperature of your body. In heating the water up, your body uses energy, which requires the burning of calories. Natural mineral water does not carry and caloric value, it has no fat content, no cholesterol content and very little sodium content, so in drinking natural mineral water you are causing your body to burn calories, thus allowing you to lose weight.
